Landlords know that there are various kinds of tenants. Some of them are neat, polite and pay their rent on time, while others may be rude, dirty or, to make matters worse, may even destroy the entire accommodation.

Unfortunately, Thomas Ravaux, of Rozoy-sur-Serre in Aisne, France, has faced the worst tenants ever. Besides not paying rent for over a year, the family with three kids left piles of trash when moving out.

This is when the landlord lost all patience. Since Ravaux knew where his former tenants had moved, he plotted his revenge.

Having gathered all their belongings and trash they left behind, the man loaded it all in a dump truck. Then he drove with all this stuff to his former tenants' new home.

Ravaux pulled up to the front door of his former tenants' new home and unloaded the entire dump truck's contents on their porch. Nothing was left behind.

The pile of junk was so huge that it took up all the sidewalk in front the house.

The revenge was so sweet! And in fact, the landlond hasn't done anything wrong. He's just returned the belongings his former tenants forgot at his rental unit.

The whole operation was captured on video:

Getting deep satisfaction, the man wished good luck to the new landlord of this negligent family.
