Wandering through the woods, a mushroom hunter spotted a rusty door. He tried to open it and it yielded to him surprisingly easily. However, behind the door, there was a whole underground city discovered. Judging by its size, it was designed for at least 2,000 people.

The concrete steps of the old stairs at the bottom of the staircase led to the entryway of airtight doors which were wide open. The corridor below was splashing with water.

Judging by the walls and the interior of the chamber, the mushroom hunter happened to find an old bunker. Its size is astonishing even today. The main hall can house thousands of people.

There are narrow corridors leading from the sides of the main hall. At the end of one of them there are two more pairs of huge double-gate doors. This is justified since the wide passageway was designed for 1000-2000 people to go down it quickly.

Another chamber has an old diesel generator or rather, its ruins. Such bunkers were designed for sheltering people for only three days as the generator was to power the ventilation system.

Similar old bunkers are still scattered all over the country. Most of them are no longer in use.
