Minnesota residents got really concerned about a raccoon that decided to climb a skyscraper. Why had the animal climbed a building that was over 300 feet tall?
The UBS Tower is located in St Paul downtown and its walls are rough, but usually no one risks climbing them without the proper equipment. Only Spider Man and this brave raccoon may dare to do it.
Passersby spotted the animal when the raccoon had already been at a decent height
People immediately crowded below, watching with sincere concern the fate of the animal. The raccoon must have thought that there was no way back and it should only move forward.
The office staff took photos and wondered how the animal had gotten to the 13th floor. Why wasn't it rescued? The thing is that windows in the building do not open, and if rescuers began to descend from the roof to the animal, they could have frightened it. It was decided to place food traps on the roof and wait for the raccoon to get there.
The animal even got its own hashtag #mprracoon

Of course, such a huge skyscraper and such a small animal!
The raccoon did not eat or drink for more than 12 hours.
Only at three in the morning local time the animal managed to get on the roof. There were traps with food waiting for him, and on smelling it, the raccoon swallowed it. Now the little guy has a rest under the care of the veterinarians!
