Gwilym Pugh, a 22-year-old insurance man, was working from his home. The guy thought that it was very convenient, because all he needed was the Internet and a computer, and he could make quite decent money from the comfort of his own home.
But the problem was that not only did he have his computer handy, but also his … fridge. Quite unexpectedly, sitting at work for 12 hours a day, or even more, with the plate full of food, he turned from a handsome young man into a 280-pound guy experiencing shortness of breath and pain throughout the body.
Gwilym realized that he couldn't stick to his life-damaging lifestyle anymore. But the guy, like many of us, needed some kind of incentive to change. And indeed, Gwilym had one. That was his desire to perform on stage with his friends in the folk band they had formed a few years ago. So, it was a good idea to take care of himself.
So what had Pugh been missing to get in shape? A certain starting point. And that was the recommendation of a barber ... to grow a beard. That's the advice the guy was given when he came in for a haircut! "You would look a lot more brutal that way," the barber said. Gwilym listened to the advice ... So, the first step was done, the ginger beard was growing and the young man started to look more masculine and interesting.
The next step was to change his diet to healthy and balanced one, and of course, Gwilym began to move more and work less at desk. "You can't make all the money and money can't buy health," the man reasoned. When the weight started to go down, the man joined a gym.
Gwilym was shedding weight gradually, but persistently, and within five years he managed not just to lose 90 pounds, but also to get a sporty figure.
Being satisfied with the result, the young man created an Instagram account.

Oh, my God! Photos of the red-haired bearded man were spotted by Nathan Palmer, a fashion designer, who offered the handsome man to represent brand clothing in collaboration with the London agency AMCK Models.
So the former insurance agent has become a model!
This new occupation fascinated Pugh and encouraged him to quit his desk job. Well, and to continue to improve his body. The result is obvious.
And all this started with the advice to grow a beard…
