"I have toured over 200 apartments in New York City, and we have officially found the cheapest one,' Simpson said at the start of the video. 'It's $350 a month in downtown Manhattan."

In fact, the woman has lived in this apartment building her whole life with her family. So, when her aunt and uncle moved out from this apartment studio, Akasha didn't think twice where to move out of her parent's home.

The tour started in the kitchen, which is not big but has everything necessary for a cooking elaborate meals. Pots, pans, dishes, and cups are hanging up or stacked on the open stainless-steel racks giving the kitchen the restaurant-like atmosphere.

Akasha really likes cooking that's why she prefers to keep all her kitchen utensils handy.

As her uncle and aunt lived in the apartment for two decades, she inherited from them a lot of stuff. "A lot of this was inherited," Akasha said. "It's very helpful to me...having people who had to function in here for a very long time. They figured it out."

Then Akasha and Caleb went to see the pink-tiled bathroom which is quite roomy for a New York City apartment. Akasha even said that when she was a kid, her family used to joke that this bathroom is bigger than some people's apartments in NY.

There is also a large floor-to-ceiling closet, where Akasha stores all her things, a small table with stackable chairs underneath, a comfortable coach, and a small book nook.

And of course, there is a bedroom. Akasha showed lots of stuffed toys and even a pregnancy pillow with which she sleeps because it is very comfortable (she isn't pregnant anyway).

The woman doesn't plan to change it for a bigger apartment because this studio boasts a very good location as well as unbeatable price.

"They're going to drag my corpse out of this," Akasha concluded.
