One day a weak stray cat suddenly appeared at a woman's house. The cat seemed to suffer from every ailment one could possibly think of. It was evident that the kitty was very old, moreover, she had neither hair nor claws on her front legs, her eyes were infected, and she was extremely emaciated. To make matters worse, she could stand for only a few minutes, after which she would fall down.

The homeowner believed that the cat was living her last days. The woman really loved cats, and she had a whole "gang" of kitties at home, that's why she certainly knew how cats looked before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. For this reason, the woman did not take the cat in, fearing that she could infect her pets. The woman fed the sick cat and put her on the bed she made on the porch. She was sure that in the morning she would find the cat's lifeless body, but it never happened. Surprisingly, the stray was alive the next day, and in a week either.

A week later the kind-hearted woman scraped up the money set aside for a rainy day, and took the poor thing to the vet. Of course, after the examination the vet announced a very long list of ailments, the cat was diagnosed with. Some ailments could be cured relatively easily and quickly, but others required long and expensive treatment.

Because the woman was an experienced cat person, she knew that if she surrendered the cat to a shelter, no one would treat her there and the kitty would be put to sleep. And that's why the woman decided to keep the cat and with the vet's recommendation she started treating the kitty. And, surprisingly, the kitty made it. Of course, the cat is not perfectly healthy, because there is still no cure for age, but at least she normally walks, eats, and is quite happy, judging by the fact that at times the furry beauty even tries to play.

However, there is one problem. The cat has not yet accepted the woman's other pets. Despite her old age, the orange kitty is quite violent that is why domestic cats try to avoid this mean old lady. However, since the cat's behavior is gradually impoving, the owner hopes that sooner or later this problem will be sorted out.
