This loving feline couple was picked up on the streets of Oregon, USA. The both cats were dirty and shabby, but quite friendly. They had been left on the street with a cat carrier, so it was obvious that the owners decided to get rid of them in such a way. There was a strong bond between the two pets, and people noticed it right away and decided to help.
Kind passers-by contacted the Salem Friends of Felines shelter, and the couple was taken there. After examination, it turned out that the feline cat was pregnant. The male didn't leave her side, affectionately protecting and supporting her.
The kitty was named Betty and the cat was named Yeti. The feline couple was sent to a foster family. There they spent together even more time.
"Betty and Yeti were always together. They would link tails, butt heads, and lay with each other all the time. It was the cutest thing," Kayla of Salem Friends of Felines shares.
After a while Betty gave birth to four adorable babies. While Betty was taking care of her offspring, Yeti was also always there to support her.
When the cat mom needed a break, Yeti took on a little more responsibility by taking care of the kittens, allowing his sweetheart to have a rest and relax.
The kittens have grown up healthy and active, and their parents are always around. Now the lovers have more time for themselves, that they still spend doing things together.
