Sharing secrets about "how she survives," Constance from Perth revealed that she has a time when she stops being a mother. The woman notes that every parent needs that time and she has it at 7:30 p.m. With that time, Constance notes, if her children need anything, they have to take care of themselves.

"Call me lazy, call me a slum mummy, but when you have six kids living under your roof, everything changes, you're kidding yourself if you think you can give six kids the same life as one."

The woman confessed that since "dishes are the worst part" at dinner time, she came up with an inventive way to cut down on the time it takes to wash them. She explained that she allows her children to "feast with their hands."

"I often put a huge pile of vegetables along with another plate of casserole or whatever I made," she said.

She also suggested having picnic lunches as a cheaper and easier option. In addition, Constance said she saves precious time by not bathing her children every day, explaining that skipping a bath "won't kill them."

When it comes to clothes and laundry, Constance explained that she was once given genius advice about this. She advised other mothers to buy a set of colored buckets, tie each one to a different child, and then distribute their dirty clothes among them.

She added that if children want to change clothes, they know which bucket to put them in and will do it themselves.
