The pet was young, curious, and of bright appearance. A real cutie! But for some reason years passed but Foxy still wasn't adopted. The pooch stayed at the shelter for too long but still hoped to find a forever home.

Foxy loved walking, having a delicious meal, and being showered with attention. He is also a perfect family dog because he just adores kids. Shelter staff even joked that if the movie Hachi: A Dog's Tale was remade, Foxy could successfully pass an audition for the lead role because of his unusual and extremely cute appearance. Almost an Akita Inu!

One day the shelter was contacted by a family whose beloved pet dog was dying due to blood loss. Foxy was chosen as a donor, and on the way to the vets', Julia and her son, the owners of the sick dog, fell in love with him.
