The famous actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, 75, continues to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle. Cycling through the streets of Los Angeles as well as working out at Gold's Guy Club in Venice Beach is his daily routine. Arnold has been recently spotted riding his bike with a friend.
The actor had a small gray beard, and was wearing a blue jacket, shorts with Arnold's Pump Club lettering on the left thigh, a dark blue T-shirt, sneakers, and knee-length socks. Black sunglasses and a baseball cap with the lettering Gold's Gym completed the look.
Schwarzenegger is often seen riding a bike. He is often joined by his children, his sons Patrick, Christopher and Joseph, daughters Christina and Katherine, his girlfriend Heather Milligan and friend Ralph Meller.
Although the Governator is already 75, he continues to devote plenty of time to sports. He gets up at around 5 a.m., enjoys a cup of coffee, and by 6 a.m. he bikes to the gym to work out, usually for 60 minutes.
Schwarzenegger admits that he is "addicted to training" and that he needs to start every day at the gym or with some exercise.
"So today, even though my body won’t react the way it did 50 years ago, I can maintain as much as I can and it brings me great joy. I’ve chosen to adapt to my age, make my workouts a little bit different and focused on staying lean, and avoiding injury," the actor says.
According to him, nothing will change until his last day: "I'm going to work out, have a great time in the gym and keep fit," he stresses.
